In short: In the Relative Search Section you send us information about the person you want us to research.
Then we will do a first level search based on your information. We charge 75$ for this first level search.
After payment, we will email you information about the whereabouts of your relative, and the situation of the household. Surnames, Lastnames, Birth dates and occupations of all persons in the household. Should we not be able to find your relatives, the cost is 0$.
After the first level search, you will decide if you want us to continue researching your ancestors. The second level search costs 375$, and includes every single person we are able to find.
